Shoe Sensation is collecting socks for members of the Military and local Veterans 

  

NOVEMBER 1st-DECEMBER 31st, 2024 - Shoe Sensation, a regional chain of name brand family shoe stores, is proud to announce its 9th annual "Socks for Troops" fundraiser at all their retail locations. Building on last year's success of gathering over 50,000 pairs of socks, Shoe Sensation is dedicated to continuing this tradition in 2024. This year, each store will be gathering socks to support active-duty military personnel and local veterans within their communities. You can find military-approved socks available for purchase and donation in-store. As a token of our appreciation, customers will enjoy a 20% discount on socks bought for donation at Shoe Sensation. Our stores will also serve as convenient drop-off points for customers to contribute new socks they've collected on their own.*  

  

"Socks for Troops" kicks off on November 1st, and Shoe Sensation will keep collecting socks until December 31, 2024. Please visit your local Shoe Sensation store for information about the specific charity or organization being supported. 

  

*Please note that outside sock donations must be brand new and presented in their original packaging. Shoe Sensation is unable to accept used socks or socks without their original packaging.

A: Socks for Troops is a company-wide annual fundraiser dedicated to collect socks for active-duty military or local veterans in the community.

 

Q: Where does Shoe Sensation donate the socks?

A: Each one of our stores has a local organization they donate the socks to. Visit a Shoe Sensation store near you for details on where the socks will be delivered.

 

Q: What kind of socks can I donate?

A: Shoe Sensation has military approved socks to purchase and donate in-store. Customers will receive 20% off the socks they donated. Community members can also bring in new socks to be donated. Please note, outside sock donations must be brand new and donated in its original packaging. Shoe Sensation CANNOT accept used pairs of socks or socks without its original packaging.
