  • Items purchased at a Shoe Sensation retail store may not be returned to our ShoeSensation.com Returns Center.

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt and be in new, unworn condition.
 
Returns to Shoe Sensation.com Returns Center for online purchases:
  1.   Print your prepaid return label here.

  2.   Enclose the packing list and your return exchange form in your package.

  3.   a. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. If you no longer have the original shipping material, please cover the exterior of the shoebox in paper or plastic.

      b. All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt in and new and unworn condition to ensure full credit.

      c. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package or mark through any addresses or barcodes. Please do not place the shipping label directly on the shoe box.

  4.   Exchange requests mailed to the returns center must be for the same item in a different size or width.

  5.   If you would like to monitor the delivery of your return, please keep your return tracking number.

  6.   A credit to the original method of payment will be issued within 7 days of receipt of returned package.

  7.   Items purchased at a Shoe Sensation retail store may not be returned to our ShoeSensation.com Returns Center.
 
Returns / Exchanges at a Shoe Sensation Store:

Rather than ship your purchase back to the Shoe Sensation.com Returns Center, you can return or exchange your unworn merchandise at a nearby Shoe Sensation store. Find a store near you: www.shoesensation.com/storelocator

  1.   Bring your receipt or invoice, original form of tender, and the original shoe packaging box.
  2.   Purchases returned or exchanged within 30 days will receive credit in the original form of tender.
  3.   Purchases returned or exchanged after 30 days will be issued a merchandise credit only.
  4.   Purchases returned without a receipt or invoice will be issued a merchandise credit equal to the current selling price of the product.
    • To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and be in new, unworn condition.
    • If you're returning a purchase made with any certificates or offer codes, you will be refunded the final purchase price.
    • Items purchased with BOGO coupon will be refunded at a pro-rated price.
    • Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed by the Returns Center.
