Why won't my promo code work?

Some of our codes are available for in store and online use, while others are only valid for one or the other. Be sure to check the offer details to verify all redemption information.

 

How do I opt out of receiving promotional messages via email or text?

There are two 'unsubscribe' links in each email campaign, one at the top and one at the bottom.  You can unsubscribe by clicking either of those links.  Please allow 5 business days to be fully opted out, during which time you may still receive marketing emails. If you would like to opt out of text messages, simply reply STOP to the last text you received from us on your phone and you will immediately be opted out.

 

How do I receive free shipping?

Standard shipping is free on any qualifying purchase of $39.95 or more. 

 

How do I find a particular item?

Finding what you are looking for is easy on shoesensation.com! Just use our search bar at the top of the page. You can enter brand, style, or any keyword to help you quickly locate items.

 

How can I check on my order?

If you have set up an account you can check your order in your account. If you checked out as a guest you can check you order status by entering your order number and email on our Order Status page.

 

How can I cancel or change an order?

It may be possible to cancel an order or item within the first few minutes after placing the order.  We process orders as quickly as possible from multiple fulfillment locations.  We will make every attempt to cancel if requested to do so.  However, with the speed that our orders are processed it is not always possible. Once an order ships, we are not able to cancel or change it.

 

How much do you charge for shipping online orders?

What are my checkout options online?

Anyone may purchase from www.shoesensation.com as a guest, and you are only required to provide your email address so that you can receive order confirmation, tracking, and updates.
If you are a Shoe Sensation account holder and have a www.shoesensation.com account with us, we recommend you log in before you check out. You will only receive the benefits of being an account holder if you are logged in.

CVV (Credit Card Security) Codes

We want to make your shoesensation.com experience as secure as possible, which is why we make it mandatory to enter your credit card's 3-4 digit security code (or cvv code) in order to check out. This code is only available on your card, which helps protect your account from credit card fraud.

Does Shoe Sensation charge sales tax?
Shoesensation.com charges all applicable taxes associated with an item's shipment destination as it is required by law. You will be able to see what your sales tax is before your complete your order.

 

Is the Shoe Sensation website secure?
We designed www.shoesensation.com to utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology. SSL is encryption technology that provides security while information is being transmitted over the Internet. In addition, our site utilizes payment tokenization. Tokenization is the replacement of sensitive data with a unique identifier that cannot be mathematically reversed. On www.shoesensation.com, tokens take the place of sensitive credit card data. We want online shopping to be easy and secure at www.shoesensation.com. Our stores carry a similar selection of men's, women's, children's, and athletic footwear in a better-branded merchandise mix with some variations for local and regional preferences.
