Shoe Sensation named #1 on Newsweek’s list of America’s Best Customer Service 2023 in the Brick & Mortar - Footwear Retailer Category

Our customers are the best. We have always prided ourselves on being part of the communities where we live and work — neighbors helping neighbors — doing all we can to help our communities thrive. Sure we offer all the best brands at great prices, but it’s the people who make it all worth it. Taking care of each other. Doing things the right way because that’s just the right thing to do. Seems what we do naturally is something others find exceptional.

Recently Newsweek and Statista identified America’s Best Customer Service brands based on an independent survey of more than 30,000 U.S. customers. Respondents were asked about brands’ quality of communications, professional competence, their range of services, customer focus, and accessibility. 

We are proud to be the best brick-and-mortar footwear retailer.

Although we are certainly happy to be recognized, we aren’t planning to let it go to our heads. So don’t worry. We’ll still be here tomorrow, answering your questions, helping you find the perfect pair of shoes for that holiday event, or shipping the right size soccer cleats to the store for curb-side pickup in time for the big game.

It does feel good, but that’s just because it confirms our focus is in the place. Thank you for being such great customers.
